On September 27, 2022, China Carbon Neutrality Forum and China Energy & Automobile Media Group signed the agreement to become strategic partners.
The two sides will act as each other's think tank and media partner to carry out in-depth cooperation in a wide range of fields, such as conferences and exhibitions, professional consulting, research, education and training, and media publicity.
It is also agreed to jointly establish China Carbon Neutrality Forum Energy Committee, China Carbon Neutrality Forum Automotive Committee, and Carbon Neutrality Cities Alliance.

Since the beginning of this year, the two sides have successively carried out cooperation. With the strong support of China Energy & Automobile Media Group, the 2022 China Carbon Neutrality Forum Summit was successfully held in June, with more than 3 million online audience. The two sides also jointly held high-level activities such as the Taiyuan Forum, focusing on major topics including energy transformation, international green partnership, and EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. On this basis, the two sides reached a consensus to deepen cooperation.
